Privacy

Your DDD file is sent to the tachograph.lt server and processed in memory. The analysis module does not save the file or results to disk or a database. You can download the results to your own device. The site chooses an initial language using the country associated with your IP address. A local extract of DB-IP data is used on the server; your IP address is not sent to DB-IP. A necessary cookie remembers your manual language choice for 180 days. The administration area uses a separate session cookie. Infrastructure logs may contain IP addresses and request paths. When Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies and other identifiers to serve and measure advertising on the public home and information pages. Choose your preferences in the Google consent message and change them later using Privacy and cookie settings. Google advertising code is not loaded on analysis or administration pages. My account

Member accounts store the username, administrator-entered name, email and company, a password hash, account status and last sign-in time. Sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to 8 hours. The administrator can update or delete accounts. The audit log retains the action, timestamp and numeric account ID. Contact us about deletion and backup retention. Google Analytics and AdSense code is not loaded on sign-in or member pages. The quota covers original .DDD files. Files and their derived activity data are removed by daily cleanup after 18 calendar months from upload. Uploading the same file again does not extend retention. Server backups follow a separate policy.

IP · Privacy

Public-page visitor statistics use separate daily, monthly and yearly HMAC pseudonyms of IP addresses. The statistics table does not store raw IP addresses. Pseudonyms are retained for the current and two previous calendar years. Counts use Europe/Vilnius time, without cookies or uploaded DDD data.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used with consent to measure visits to public information pages. It is not loaded on analysis or administration pages. Your choice is remembered for 180 days and can be changed using Analytics preferences. Analytics cookies can last up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent deletes this integration’s cookies. Advertising consent is managed separately.
